Workshop Thursday + Vegan Parma

On Thursday, January 7th at 6:PM:

Dr. Alpizar-Diaz will present a talk about weight loss, metabolism, and blood sugar, and why diets don't work. Learn how to lose weight permanently.


Edge of the Woods now carries Vegan Parma, by Eat in the Raw, Inc. A tantalizing seasoning and condiment made from sea salt, raw organic walnuts, Red Star nutritional yeast and love in the original flavor, and a chipotle cayenne variety that adds Organic Cayenne, Onion, and Chipotle to the recipe.
